TERMS OF SERVISe and conditions

Time : turn around time may vary from a 1 week to 3 months, depends on the number of commissions at the moment, i'll always try to get it as soon as i can. if you require the commission for a certain date please let me know in time.

payment method : after accepting the commission i will send you a paypal invoice. the commission will only be started after full payment.

you cannot change your commission after payment

Changes : i'll only make changes during the sketch/lineart phase. 3 times max, they can range from small changes in pose to expressions, clothes, etc.

i have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, speed paints) and post the final art on any social media, unless you would like your commission to not be public in the order form (private commission have an extra fee, +15% of its value will be charged). i will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.

Commercial use for profit is prohibited. External modifications are also prohibited.

if you want to post my art please the crediting is a must.

no refund are offered.

do not claim the artwork as yours.

you will get the commission image via email on hd res (2000x2500 / 350dpi / png). if you need the commission in a specific format please let me know.

The background will be a solid basic color or minimally worked (simple background). If you desire a transparent background, you must communicate it in advance.

you may not make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to pod-services, reposting as promotion, etc.).

i do not allow my art to be used to train a.i.

if i consider it necessary, i can to refuse any commission. in this case i will let you know.
